HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?

If you are located in the US and choose "FREE SHIPPING" at checkout, you can expect to receive your package in 3 - 5 business days after we have processed your order. If you would like to receive your package sooner, we offer additional shipping options at checkout such as 2 - 3 day priority or 1 - 2 day express.

If you are located in Europe you can expect to receive your package in 10 business days or less after we have processed your order depending on the selected service and destination. We also offer additional shipping options at checkout if you would like to receive your package sooner.

If you are located outside the US and Europe, please allow 10 business days for shipping, after we have processed your order. Your package will arrive depending on the shipping terms you selected and other factors. Please be patient with your order as they will inevitably take longer to get to you.

WILL I GET CHARGED ADDITIONAL INTERNATIONAL FEES?

If you are located in the USA or Europe, there will be NO additional international fees due to the fact that we have warehouses in those locations.

If you are located outside the USA and Europe (such as Asia) there might be additional fees when receiving your package. Rates are based on your selected service and destination at checkout. We strive our best to minimize the import and custom fees and if you have any questions please feel free to contact us. We are working hard to get a warehouse in Hong Kong and will update this section when that is complete.

WHAT IS YOUR ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS?

Our process is very simple. Upon completing your payment details during the checkout process, you should shortly receive a confirmation notice at the provided email address.

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date.

Kindly note that orders placed after 11:00 am (EST) are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day. Packages are not transported nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.

Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment. We will also automatically notify you via email of any important tracking information. The tracking number will only be available after the item was shipped.

MY ORDER HASN`T ARRIVED ON TIME, WHAT DO I DO?

If your order has not arrived in the specified delivery time, you can track your order to see where it is located. If you are outside the USA and Europe, sometimes orders are delayed due to customs hold ups.
