Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online order. If you're not, you can return any unused item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a credit to your payment method when your return is received.

Please note, all items must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product was received. If you order is returned not in its original condition or missing items, you may be issued a partial refund. Orders can not be changed or updated once they have processed. If there is an issue with your order please contact us right away with the changes.

To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your name and order confirmation number along with additional details as to why you are returning the item. Once your request is received, we will then provide you with a return shipping label.

Rovence does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Gift cards. Downloadable software products.

Kindly note that items marked as ‘Final Sale’ will be excluded from our normal return policy and will NOT be eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Returns take 2-3 business days to process once they are received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email. The funds are refunded to your original form of payment and can take up to 5 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank. We will also notify you of any additional details regarding your refund. Original shipping costs paid for the order are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us or email us directly at support@rovence.com.

Sales items

If the item you purchased was on sale you will be refunded the sale price that you purchased the item for.

Exchanges & Warranty

We offer a 2 year extended warranty on all Rovence products to replace items that are defective or damaged. Read more about our warranty policy here.
