Return Policy


You have the right to return products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund.

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product was received.

To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your order confirmation number along with additional details as to why you are returning the item. We will then provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

Rovence does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
Gift cards.
Downloadable software products.

Kindly note that items marked as ‘Final Sale’ will be excluded from our normal return policy and will NOT be eligible to be returned or exchanged.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of any additional details regarding your refund. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us or email us directly at [email protected].

Sales items

If the item you purchased was on sale you will be refunded the sale price that you purchased the item for.

Exchanges & Warranty

We offer a 2 year extended warranty on all Rovence products to replace items that are defective or damaged. Read more about our warranty policy here.
